Welcome to my more or less organized mixture of regular food with (mostly) high focus on natural and good ingredients, made from scratch - and some Low Carb / LCHF, RAW food (especially dessert ago) - and now 5: 2 lay method.
The last day Bonus son was on vacation here, he was allowed to determine the menu - and it was the nachos. Probably mainly because he loves cheese (something he did not have his father) - and lots of it. Nachos are obviously not the healthiest kind of dinner, so it's not something I've made the evening meal before - but once we survive enough. It requires club rational well as such not a recipe, but will now anyway method, and a single club rational image or two. I served club rational it all with sour cream, the homemade salsa verde and a bought tomato salsa. Nachos with chicken:
tortilla chips (we spent some cheese flavored) chicken breast club rational cubes, like marinated (I used a ready-bought marinade I had lying around) finely chopped pickled jalapeño grated cheddar cheese (other types of cheese can also be used, but cheddar gives a good taste - and a good color if using the red kind) olives and tomato for garnish served with sour cream, salsa and possible. guacamole Pour a layer of chips in an ovenproof club rational dish, then the fried chicken cubes, jalapeño and cheese. Another club rational layer chips etc. Finish with grated cheese. Heat the pan in the oven at 200 degrees until cheese is melted. Garnish with olives and fresh tomato and serve with sour cream, salsa and possible. guacamole. And enjoy. Conclusion: There is probably nothing more to say than that it tastes good - but it is not something to eat every day.
