We humans, I had already eaten trommeldik today. I will have to slow down, just gets thicker. If I have to eat every time I'm hungry, and I just filled up, I will eat very little. I myself preceda self service login love food and add weight easily. I often cheat because theres always something in the house for the children and if I find myself, I eat it ... All help is exercise. Then I do not feel so guilty about what I eat. Sundays I'm just as guilty. I'll eat for two.
