POOR EXPERIENCE - Wheel Ring Tartus, Aardla tn. (I arrived 20 minutes before the closing time of the store with the family at the door, but the lock was already screwed. Though many people were still in the shop and on the other hand, perplexed me to look out the door in but will not be permitted. Why write that the store is open until 18:00 when in fact, will be closed for at least 20 minutes early.
