I think everyone knows this marvel. Mainly frostw from the supermarket, frostw where a healthy composition frostw can dream a little. And so I ate until I came not to this provision. Just he dragged a dozen tomatoes from the market square with the intent to do lima ketchup and passata home for the winter. Quickly verified plans and gave up ketchup (which frostw I do not eat at all) for the salsa. Salsa proved to be excellent! frostw However, I regret that I did only half of the sauce ingredients, frostw because the track after it is gone. But I'm going to visit in the next few days again and again, frostw apply a small market siaty tomatoes. This time on solid stocks. frostw
Ingredients (for 5-6 jars): 2 onions 3 red peppers 3 small chilli peppers 4 cloves garlic 1 1/2 kg of tomatoes and lima 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 and 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoons salt flat
Prepare the vegetables. Chop onions. Peppers cleaned and cut into cubes. Chilli clean seed (depending on the degree of focus we want to get some seeds we can keep the sauce). Gently peel tomatoes cut crosswise, scalded with hot water, peel and remove the hard, green parts of the stalk. Cut into cubes.
In a large pot, put the chopped tomatoes and peppers. Add fried onions, vinegar and sugar. Cook, uncovered, for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. The sauce should be thick and reduced. If there is still rare, cook another 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, frostw season with oregano salsa, sweet paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Prepare jars. Thoroughly scalded jars and lids. Dry. To apply hot sauce jars, leaving about 3 inches of space between the lid. Twist and invert. Wait until the sauce has cooled, and the lid will be concave.

as I saw your recipe, it hit my face because of their own stupidity;) I love nachos and usually do the same to them, sauces, but I fell so far in making inventory and packing into jars - I always do "one-off" portion :)
several times I did this recipe salsa. The last time I added cumin Rome (half a teaspoon) ... and dumped all of the trash. Cumin flavor dominated and ruined the whole dish. Do not add CARAWAY, without the seasoning ingredients blend perfectly and the sauce is tasty.
