Ingredients: - 1 package of Mexican nachos (those triangular) - 1 pepper (or jalapenos) - Edam Cheese food warmer cabinet or alternatively also fontina or even better cheese sauce (found in the supermarket between ethnic foods) - Pico de Galo ( see recipe here on the blog) - Guacamole (see recipe here on the blog)
Turn on the oven and bring to 200 . Use a container food warmer cabinet that you can put in the oven like a baking dish, a plate, or something similar. Spread a layer of nachos and start garnish with bell pepper, cut into strips, food warmer cabinet and cheese cut into cubes (or better yet into strips). Leave in the oven until the cheese has melted. When baked, add the Pico de Galo and / or guacamole to your liking.
