Some time ago I had to organize a dinner with friends food on a plate and one of them came back from a trip to Mexico had asked me to prepare a Mexican dish. Gia 'I knew that throughout the evening would not have talked more of his Mexican experience and some of the typical recipes of the country. Believe me I did not know what to have to prepare so 'with the beans to the Mexican who posterolateral' later decided to prepare some nachos. But I wanted to impress my guests food on a plate and I did not want to prepare the usual nachos with guacamole. Cosi 'decided to prepare queso typical Mexican dish by inserting typical Italian products. Instead of corn flour I used a yellow cornmeal white and the guacamole I replaced with a delicious cream of Asiago food on a plate DOP old. Just to continue with you that famous virtual journey between the Italian DOP cheeses. I used this cheese 'cause its flavor in my humble opinion fit well with the nachos. And here is my recipe.
