I could not get out of my mind that fabulous 12 volt heater for car cheese sauce that always ate at the Mexican restaurant and today I prepared. It 'came exactly as I wished and I wished would never end.
Ingredients: 30 g of butter about 1 heaping tablespoon of flour 1 cup milk 1 cup half and abundant 12 volt heater for car (approximately 200 g) of cheese edamer, Leerdammer or cheddar 1 japaleno spicy chilli, finely chopped half a green pepper cut into small pieces, or 2 friggitelli salt
In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the peppers, finely chopped, then add the milk with the flour, melt well any lumps with the whip and let thicken on the fire, stirring from time to time taking care not to burn cream.
